She was victorious in the second round TKO after which she won 2 additional fights at WXF X-Impact World Championships to earn a 3-0 record. Shevchenko took a hiatus to focus on boxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui in Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko defeated Anissa Haddaoui in a unanimous decision. She later defeated Valerie Domergue, at Phoenix FC 4, in the same decision. She quit the promotion and started Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko defeated Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used her superior strike techniques in order to TKO Nievera in the clinch with knees and body. Antonina's UFC contract was renewed after this win. Antonina took part in her UFC debut at the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale with Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko lost to Roxanne modafferi in a split decision following her debut fight. Antonina bounced back from the loss, and defeated Lucie Pudilova in the UFC on ESPN Covington vs. Lawler via second-round rear-naked choke, and was awarded the fight of the night reward for the bout. Shevchenko was a 1-2 winner over the next three fights beating Ariane Lipski before falling to Katlyn Chookagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina was defeated by Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO during UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
